TeamBench is a software solution that allows users to input data about their time usage. It is primarily intended for recording time spent on work, working on different projects and activities but can be applied wherever and whenever time logging is required. Collected data can then be used for different activity reporting and analysis.
Yes, absolutely! We are using latest encryption standards for data transfer and storage. Even data at rest (residing in our database) is encrypted. The data we never store are payment method details (card numbers, etc.). Payment details are safely stored with our certified payment provider and inaccessible to us.
Sure. Just visit your Workspace settings in app and pick the pricing plan you like.
Data import feature is on our roadmap but at the moment only we can do it for you. If you need to import time tracking data from another software, contact us and our support team will see what we can do.
You can pay by credit card. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
TeamBench does billing on a monthly basis for the previous month usage on the 5th every month. For this to work you need to add at least one payment method in your Workspace settings in app. Added payment method will be automatically charged every 5th and the invoice will be delivered to your email. If for any reason your default payment method can not be charged we will try to charge another payment method if you regsitered more than one. If you have only one payment method registered and we fail to capture money from it, your Workspace will be disabled until you register a new valid payment method and the payment succeeds.
The real cost depends on your pricing tier. There are no hidden costs. Free pricing tier will always remain free and the paid ones have their prices clearly advertised.
You will always be charged for the maximum count of active users (non-disabled users) in a billing period (month). Deletion or disabling of users will not affect your current month's cost.
If you are removing or disabling a user from your Workspace and then adding a new one, always do it in that order - first remove (or disable), then add - otherwise your maximum active user count will grow by one and you will be charged extra for the added user that month.
Yes! If you have a lot of potential users in your company, you require custom SLA, custom level of support or have a need for completely infrastructurally isolated TeamBench instance you can contact our support and they will provide all the information you might need.
You can cancel your subscription by switching to a free subscription plan.
You can delete your account by pushing delete workspace button in your Workspace settings.
